Q: What would be the minimum quantity for an order?

A: It depends on the type of products. To avoid serious breakage during transportation, we suggest customers to buy a full container. But we can ship less than a container lot (LCL) for customer, if the products are tiles, mosaic, rough paving stone, rough kerbing, which are not fragile.

Q: What would be the payment terms?

A: T/T would be most favorable. Normally we take 50% deposit and 50% before the shipment. For big job (amount is more than USD50,000), irrevocable SIGHT L/C is also acceptable.

Q: What would be the lead time from order to delivery?

A: It depends on the size of the order and the type of products. For one container job, normally we can ship out in 15 days. But if you order something like statues, it might take as long as 25 days to get one piece. We will give you an exact delivery date once we have your order list.

Q: What if the products are broken when I receive the products?

A: We strongly recommend the customers to buy the insurance for the cargo, if the price term is not CIF (We will buy the insurance if we deal with CIF term). When the breakage happens, take pictures and call the insurance company at the first sight. If the breakage is caused by us, we would either refund the money back to you or replace it in the new shipment. All you need to do is sending us some photos.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Send us a list, or a picture, or a drawing, or CAD file... then we will get back to you with the prices and possible lead time. If you agree on that, a formal contract will be sent to you. Then the deposit will be the kickoff of the production.

Q: How can I trust you that you won't take the deposit and send me a container of junk?

A: Well, yes, that would be a little bit risky. But it's worthy to take the chance. From our point of view, we would rather earn one million dollars from customers than steal ten thousand. And we can give you some reference - our customers, who you can ask about our credibility.

Q: How can I make sure that the products loaded into the container are the same as the order?

A: You can come to our factory and inspect by yourself. And we will also keep sending you pictures, showing you the products, packing, loading the container etc.

Q: Will you accept credit card?

A: Yes, we have a Paypal account, so we don't have any problem with credit card.

Q: If I would like to visit you, is that possible?

A: Welcome to China. You can fly to Xiamen or Fuzhou airport, we can pick you up at the airport. If you need, we can also book the hotel and air tickets for you. And if you need, we can send you to your next stop in Fujian province.
